Something very discreet and anonymous. We do not use “Hempi Store” or “Hempistore.com” etc. The current wording for the billing descriptor can be emailed to you before or after an order if you so wish.
Why is my order still pending? Where is my payment link and/or bank details?
Do not worry. Some payments are processed manually and this takes some time but ASAP. Several hours maximum over during evenings but normally well under 30 minutes Monday to Friday 9am-5am.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If we have not already processed your order you can navigate to your account and cancel your order yourself (red X). Alternatively you can email us to cancel/fail it but the first option is a better faster.
Why has my order been split?
From time to time orders are split and shipped from 2 countries, Spain or via the Netherlands. Orders split will not cost you anything extra. Most products currently ship from the Netherlands, and most C-Liquids ship from Spain.
Why has my order been failed/Cancelled?
Could be several reasons such as incorrect card details, name, address, insufficient funds etc. We do not fail orders ourselves. Please contact your card provider (Bank) for more details, this normally resolves the issue. Just had a call from my bank to confirm my payment, why?
Our billing is done outside of Europe and some banks will just call to confirm its you making the transaction. Nothing to sorry about, just sign of a “good” bank.
New customers may be required to pass a 1 time security check. Once passed we will never ask again. This involves 1 photo showing the card you used to make payment (Front ONLY). If you wish you may cover part of your card but we must be able to see your name and any 4 numbers (of the long 16 digit card number). As soon as the information is received your order will be shipped. Your details are never shared or stored.
Can you explain the status of my order?
Pending Payment : Your order is received, so no need to order again. Wait for an update via email.
– Payment Recieved: Your payment is recieved. We have your payment.
– Awaiting shipment: Your order will ship within 1 business day.
– Shipped: We have shipped your order, simple as that.
– Failed/Cancelled: Self explanatory.
– Security Check: Our payment provider requires a 1 time security check.
– Refund/RESHIP: Self explanatory.

Where is my order shipped from?
Depending on what product(s) are ordered, we ship from either our Spain or the Netherlands. Currently most products ship from the Netherlands, ship from Spain.
I have not received any emails about my order, have you shipped it?
All orders receive email updates failed or not. If you have not yet received an email then please check your junk or spam mailbox as some emails are directed there. Please move these to your inbox to avoid it happening again. You may also log in to your account HERE and see the status of your order at any time via our site. Double check you used a correct email address to begin with also.

How long should my order take to arrive?
International orders will take a little longer, but to mainland Europe the average shipping time is between 5 & 10 business days and the rest of the world between 10 & 20 business days.

We use Correos in Spain and PostNL in the Netherlands. It can take up to 20 business days for some orders to arrive and the tracking to work (if paid for). After 20 business days if you have not received your order contact us with your order number etc.

No we do not accept PayPal or ever will, the reason being its against PayPal’s TCs and anyone using PayPal to take payment for Research Hempi Store is taking payments illegally. You and us run the risk of having your PayPal account closed and funds held for 180 days or not at all.
Do you supply FREE samples?
Currently no, however keep monitoring our blog.
I ordered the wrong item can I return or get refund?
No sorry, due to the nature of the business all shipments are final, you have from the time of purchase to the time of dispatch to cancel an order yourself via your account (red X) email us. We not not except returns. no exceptions!
Is your company legit and safe to use?
The answer is yes we are 100% legitimate trading in 1 shape or form for several years now. You can search online for genuine online reviews (not trolls) and reviews left by past customers.
How will my order be packaged?
All orders are package very very discreetly and not like our websites graphics. We have developed are great way to ship order after 10 years practice . Large orders like Crystal or pellets are heat sealed in foils, boxed if pellets & shipped in padded envelopes. Blotter only orders get heat sealed & shipped in hard backed do not bend envelopes. There is no mention of our products names or our website on the outside of the packages. IMPORTANT: We no not use/add a return address or send a invoice with your order(s).
How can you guarantee my order will arrive to my address?
If your order does not arrive we will simply reship it free of charge after 21 days from shipping date (Insured orders only). Please note we will only allow 1 free reship per customer and its your responsibly to check legalities, if the package has been taken by customs because its not legal in your country or your package was not a recorded tracked package then you will NOT qualify for any free reship.
My order has not arrived yet can you call the mail service and see why its delayed?
No we do not chase orders until the 20 business days has passed and we will simply just reship the order and then we will file a claim for a lost package, calling the post service will not get any answers.
Do i get a tracking number with my order?
If you are within the EU and paid for tracking, yes you will be sent a tracking number unless you selected the standard mail option.
Do you have a product that’s not listed on your website ?
We can source most products in any quantity, If they is a product you are interested in you can contact us for more information, we will only source products not listed on our website if the order is 10g or over. My order has not arrived after 20 business days, can i have a refund instead of a reship?
No you will not get any refund, we are kind enough to offer a FREE reship on missing orders which is more than some vendors so a refund is out of the question.
I have seen prices cheaper then yours on another website, will you price match?
